West Point in New York state, is the oldest military post which has been continually occupied, in the United States. Just north of New York city on the Hudson River, the post was first Fort Clinton during the Revolutionary War, then in 1802 it became the United States Military Academy. This still remains as America’s most prestigious military academy today, with notable alumni such a Ulysses S. Grant and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Based on this historic piece of American geography, we introduce the Westpoint boot. The “army boot” style of the Westpoint is apparent, though this basic design has been adapted for the modern gentleman. The boot is handmade in Portugal with the finest European materials, and finished with carnauba wax to give it sheen and durability. The polished cognac leather is accented with navy suede accents, and finished with a handsome cap toe, giving you a great look for any situation.
