Please try your item on in your home until you are satisfied that it is the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us toll-free at 1-855-535-0505 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST to speak to one of our staff.

Any and all merchandise that is suspected to be defective will be deemed so by a PARC CITY BOOT representative. Defective merchandise does not include damages due to regular wear and tear, and irresponsible use.

PARC CITY BOOT will only pay the shipping charges (via Regular Post) on footwear exchanged as a result of manufacturing error. We will not cover return shipping on footwear exchanged as a result of style, size or colour change.

All sales items are FINAL SALE.

TO EXCHANGE/RETURN:

Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by PARC CITY BOOT within seven business days of filed complaint. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via Canada Post or USPS whenever possible, always sent with tracking. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. PARC does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please pack item(s) just as you received, in the original box, unworn condition.  Do not use the shoe box as your shipping box. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels from the packaging

 

An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return (the boot must be in ‘selling’ condition). We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
